Dynamic analysis for oscillation of hanging system in 2 MN deadweight force standard machine

Abstract: To study the problems for the oscillation of the hanging system in heavy force deadweight force standard machine, 2 MN deadweight force standard machine that the range is the largest at present in China was regarded as the research object. The kinetic equation which hanger system swing was built based on D'Alembert's principle. Oscillation of hanging system was simulated under the free vibration and forced vibration conditions using Matlab/Simulink. The analysis results show that radius of head ball in load pad of strain force transducer increases, the stability of hanging system decreases and rolling resistance coefficient in load pad increases, the stability of hanging system increases. The smaller total centroid distance of the combination of weights is, the less it will affect loading stability and test precision will be improved. It provides the theory for absorption of vibration and finding the optimal loading scheme of combination of weight in heavy force deadweight force standard machine.
